Olde Wood Limited® located in Magnolia OH, is a high production custom millwork facility of wood flooring is seeking motivated individuals due to the increasing demand for our quality products.

Olde Wood Ltd is seeking a highly-motivated individuals to operate machinery on our first shift.

Olde Wood Limited® is willing to train any successful candidates with structured, step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. We are always looking for talented individuals who embrace collaboration and are passionate about personal and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work 8+ hours a day

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Willing and able to work safely in a manufacturing environment

• Able to perform manual labor

• Able to have good attendance

• Must be able to work overtime

• Able to follow instructions and work in a team environment

• Must have transportation to and from work

• Read measuring tape, gauges, and/or caliper

• Follow work orders

• Perform safety inspections on a production machine

• Monitor product quality

• Set up and calibrate equipment and accessories

• Load and unload equipment and materials

• Log and record measurements for equipment machines and procedures

• Follow company safety protocol

• Perform machine maintenance and regular cleaning of the machine

• Ensure machine procedures are done in accordance with the guidelines of the company

• Inspecting finished products

• Take pride in the machine and the products that you produce

Experience:

• No prior manufacturing experience is necessary, but a plus. This is a great opportunity to learn more responsibilities and grow a career.

Job Type:

• Full-Time

Salary:

• From $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Paid Weekly

• Pay varies with experience
