Olde Wood Recipient of 2016 Business Excellence Award
Olde Wood Limited is proud to announce it has been selected as a recipient of the 2016 Business Excellence Awards presented by the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce.
The Business Excellence Awards are one of Stark County's most prestigious business awards. According to the Business Excellence Awards website, they, "salute companies that have distinguished themselves in areas such as entrepreneurship, longevity, growth, innovation, capital improvements, and consistent involvement in the community."
"We started back in 1997 as a barn deconstruction company," said Tommy Sancic, owner of Olde Wood Limited. "It all began with my wife and I's passion for dismantling old barns and turning them into something brand new again....We've transformed since then and are now one of the wide plank flooring premieres of the country."
Olde Wood attributes its success to its incredible team members that better the company with their innovative ideas.
"One of the biggest gifts of being a business owner is being able to employ people and the number of families that can be involved," said Sancic. "It's those people that help grow the business."
